BIG4 Peppermint Park is a holiday park located on the doorstep of Busselton & Dunsborough. It is unique as it is nestled within 8ha of natural bushland.
Imagine yourself in a quiet bushland setting relaxing under the shade of large peppermint trees with space and privacy all around you. You look forward to your holiday knowing you are a walking distance from the beach, 10 minutes from the Busselton town centre and a short drive to the wonders of the South West. You have chosen to stay at BIG4 Peppermint Park, a unique Tourist Park situated on 8 hectares of natural bushland, only 300 metres from Geographe Bay’s pristine beaches and only 2.5 hours’ drive from Perth.
We were previously known as Peppermint Park Holiday Retreat. In June 2004 we undertook a major redevelopment to officially re-open as Peppermint Park Eco Village in February 2005. Early 2012 we changed our name to BIG4 Peppermint Park to capitalise on the BIG4 brand. Our 2004 re-development took full advantage of the existing natural bushland with the original studio apartments completely refurbished with 5 hectares of land transformed to include:
• 17 one and two bedroom self-contained cabins
• 1 disability cabin
• 20 studio apartments
• 103 powered caravan sites on large grassed bays
• 13 big rig sites
• 12 powered en-suite sites
• 21 unpowered camping sites
• 2 ablution blocks with adjoining laundries
• Indoor games room and spacious campers kitchen
• 8 new unisex/family bathrooms on a new camping area
• 5 gazebo BBQ areas
• Beach volleyball court, large shaded playground and children’s jumping pillow, 9 hole mini golf, half size basketball court
BIG4 Peppermint Park’s location is set well back off Caves Road offering a whisper quiet setting in which guests can enjoy the natural surroundings. The picturesque setting welcomes and encourages travellers to relax away from the hustle and bustle whilst still providing convenient access to all services and major attractions. Our passion for protecting the local wildlife and sustaining the environment was recognised in 2008 when we received Eco Tourism certification, as well as other industry recognition. The park is managed by a dedicated couple living on-site who, along with their valuable team, take great pride in welcoming guests to the park.
